Never underestimate the power you have to take your life in a new direction
Hello! I’m Lauren
As a psychologist, I bring together a blend of care and compassion, backed by knowledge and experience. I believe in the importance of building trust, being flexible and working together to achieve your goals. Life can throw curveballs, and my passion lies in equipping you with strategies to not just survive but thrive when things don’t go as planned.
In our sessions, we’ll focus on recognising your strengths, so you’ll feel confident and empowered to reach your goals while building emotional resilience. And let’s not forget, I believe in fostering a trusting relationship filled with genuine care. Our space is a safe haven to open up about your thoughts and feelings, and hey, we might even share a few laughs along the way!
I’ve spent more than 15 years working with adults and adolescents, both in private practice and non-profit organisations. During this time, I’ve come to understand the deep connection between the mind and body. In my work, I take a holistic approach, and I’m always open to collaborating with other health professionals to provide comprehensive support. It’s all about working together for the well-being of my clients.
